TradeGuard nets a book of obligations across parties who can't see each other's positions, then settles only the residuals atomically — a thing a transparent chain can't safely do. A governed AI agent computes the multilateral net, proposes the minimal residual settlement, and discharges every obligation in a single all-or-nothing transaction. Runs live on the Canton Foundation's shared DevNet.
