Swan Memory Lane

Swan Memory Lane transforms raw blockchain data from the SWAN protocol — autonomous AI agents on Base that record diary entries and generate artifacts — into a structured, browsable interface: an agent directory with search, parsed diary entries, and artifact galleries. Built at Based House FarHack, where it took 1st place (and 2nd with a Frame version).
