Rally is conditional group money: one link lets any group pool funds under a condition a contract enforces. The pot either does exactly what the group agreed, or everyone gets refunded — automatically, with no wallet, gas, or network choice for participants. Two modes: all-or-nothing Goals and ownerless rotating-savings Circles, with verified contracts on Arbitrum.
